Birthday woman

Yesterday was my birthday. I wish I could say it was a fantastic, surprising, eventful day, but it was just a normal day.
I started off by going to soccer practice where an attempt was made for happy birthday to be sung to me; it fell through. I then came home and sat around for awhile before my beloved friend Shelby came over. We sat and talked and took probably an hour deciding what we should do for my birthday. (Note: my family was pretty much ditching me on my birthday. Awesome I know.) We decided we would head on over to the pool and maybe get a treat. We went to the pool where I stepped on a bandaid WITH gum on it. Nothing says happy birthday more than that. Then our lovely, talented friend Isaac Major sang some Bubbly for me (Michael Buble). I came home to a lovely bouquet of balloons from Brittani. I helped Brittani do her hair and make-up for pictures, and then headed over to the church where they were doing a stake humanitarian day. I mostly went for the food and little ones. Once done at the church, Shelby, Maddie and I headed over to the Evans to say a warm hello. Then it was back home to see Brittani again. We decided to have a sleepover at her house. I had ice cream with her. I guess it counted as my ice cream and cake for the day.
So there you have it. That is my oh so exciting celebration of my birth 17 years later.
For my birthday I am receiving a very nice camera.
Just what I asked for.
I wish my parents would add a cell phone on top of that.
Sad news is that there is not one picture taken of my on my birthday other than the one my sister took at 00:00.
I have an amazing life.
One year and wiser too.
Happy birthday to me.
